Ascension: Falls Prevention Fair

FreeAscension’s 2nd annual Falls Prevention Fair is being held on September 27th, 2024 at our Wauwatosa location. A variety of guest experts will be present to share knowledge on how to be safe and prevent falls while staying active.
Guest experts include:
Physical therapists, Occupational therapists, a vision specialist, Pharmacologist, Audiologist, and more!
Admission is Free!
We have giveaways and raffle prizes for participants!
