About: Bingocize strategically combines the game of bingo, exercise, and/ health education. Certified facilitators choose between three separate workshops that focus on exercise- only, exercise and falls prevention, or exercise and nutrition.
Partners: Partnered with The HUB at the Lunda Center, Bingocize is held twice a year (one in spring, one in fall) and is free of charge for members 60 and older. Bingocize is a 10-week program held twice a week for 1 hour.
