FREE resource and screening event designed to reduce falls and help older adults stay healthy and independent as they age. Eat lunch and learn from guest expert speakers, visit with representatives from local organizations to learn about helpful resources and programs, receive screening services, and more! Open to Portage County older adults and caregivers.
