The Falls Free Wisconsin Coalition is proud to celebrate the individuals, organizations, and community champions who are making Wisconsin a stronger, safer place to age. From building strength and confidence to supporting mobility, independence, and fall resilience, these leaders are creating meaningful opportunities for fall prevention in communities across the state.
Through our inaugural Falls Free Champions Awards, we honor the dedication, innovation, and collaboration of those who are helping older adults stay active, independent, and falls free.
The awards will be presented at the Falls Free Wisconsin Coalition’s Quarterly Collaborative meeting on Thursday, October 8 (held virtually on Zoom from 12-1PM).
Nominations are due no later than September 16, 2026 at 11:59PM.
